#57 Concrete Gravel

#57 Concrete Gravel

#57 Concrete Gravel is a tightly graded mix of crushed stone sized between ¾” and 1”. The pieces have angular edges that interlock under compaction, creating a very stable base that resists shifting and settling.

Performance & properties: excellent load-bearing strength, high permeability for drainage, commonly used in ready-mix concrete.

  • Ready-mix concrete for driveways, slabs, and sidewalks
  • Foundations and footings
  • Drainage applications (French drains, trench backfill)
  • Backfill around retaining walls

#57 Gravel

#57 Gravel

A versatile crushed-rock gravel around ¾” in size. Built to handle heavy use while offering good drainage—great where you need a strong surface that won’t hold water.

Performance & properties: durable, good compaction, drains well to reduce standing water and erosion.

  • Driveways and private roads
  • Walkways and paths
  • Base material beneath concrete or asphalt
  • Drainage beds and erosion control

#57 Stone

#57 Stone

Crushed stone sourced from granite, limestone, or trap rock. Its angular shape and consistent sizing deliver excellent load-bearing capacity while remaining porous enough for drainage.

Performance & properties: reliable for foundations and road base; won’t compact too tightly so water can pass through.

  • Road base and foundation stone
  • Septic drain fields and French drains
  • Decorative landscaping
  • Construction pads and sub-bases

#89 Stone

#89 Stone

Often called pea rock, #89 Stone is smaller (about 3/8"–1/2") and smooth—easy to spread and compact. It’s excellent where permeability and a finer finish are desired.

Performance & properties: easy handling, great permeability, neat finished appearance for decorative areas.

  • Decorative landscaping and garden beds
  • Light-use driveways and walkways
  • Drainage around pipes and septic tanks
  • Base under pavers and stepping stones

Asphalt Millings

Asphalt Millings

Recycled asphalt from old road and driveway surfaces, crushed into a compactable material. Millings are an eco-friendly, budget-friendly option that bind and harden over time into a firm surface.

Performance & properties: compacts well, cost-effective, provides a blacktop-like finish without full asphalt paving costs.

  • Driveways and parking areas
  • Private roads and farm paths
  • Base for new asphalt projects
  • Low-cost alternative to fresh asphalt

Brick Mix

Brick Mix

A balanced blend of sand and small aggregate designed for masonry mortar. When mixed with cement, it yields a smooth, workable mortar that adheres well and cures strong.

Performance & properties: consistent texture, good bonding, easy to spread for masons and contractors.

  • Mortar for bricks, blocks, and stonework
  • Patios and retaining walls
  • Masonry repairs and new construction
  • Paver and block installation

Coquina Base 03

Coquina Base 03

Crushed coquina (compacted seashell material) that compacts tightly and gains strength over time. Coquina offers natural binding and a distinctive look—especially common in coastal regions.

Performance & properties: excellent compaction, natural hardening, resists erosion when properly installed.

  • Base for roads and driveways
  • Parking lots and pads
  • Foundation preparation
  • Pathways and trails

Coquina Roadbase

Coquina Roadbase

A refined coquina product tailored for road-building. It compacts and binds well under traffic loads and holds up better to water and erosion than some traditional bases.

Performance & properties: strong under traffic, naturally resistant to erosion, long-lasting when properly compacted.

  • Road construction and repair
  • Durable driveways and farm roads
  • Sub-base for heavy traffic areas
  • Parking pads and staging areas

Driveway Stone

Driveway Stone

Crushed stone chosen for vehicle traffic—sizes commonly range from 1/2" up to 2". It locks together under compaction to create a solid, attractive driving surface.

Performance & properties: resists rutting and erosion, improves curb appeal, cost-effective alternative to paved surfaces.

  • Residential and commercial driveways
  • Parking pads and access roads
  • Durable decorative landscaping
  • Road shoulder reinforcement

Fill Dirt

Fill Dirt

Natural soil screened of organics so it won’t decompose or cause settling. Dense and stable, fill dirt is used to build up grades and prepare sites for construction.

Performance & properties: stable, cost-effective for bulk fills, not intended as planting soil.

  • Filling low areas and holes
  • Backfilling around foundations
  • Land grading and site preparation
  • Erosion control projects

Grey Rip Rap 2’–3’

Grey Rip Rap 2’–3’

Extra-large angular stones (about 2 to 3 feet) used for heavy-duty erosion protection and stabilization. Their weight and interlocking shape resist wave action and fast-moving water.

Performance & properties: extremely durable, ideal for marine and high-flow drainage projects.

  • Shoreline and seawall reinforcement
  • Culverts, ditches, and embankments
  • Drainage control in high-flow areas
  • Retaining wall support

Screened Sand

Screened Sand

Fine sand that has been screened to remove rocks and debris. It creates a smooth, consistent surface ideal for pavers, playgrounds, and final grading.

Performance & properties: clean, consistent grain size; compacts and levels easily.

  • Base layer for pavers and bricks
  • Playground sandboxes
  • Finishing layer for grading
  • Mixing into garden soils

Stabilizer

Stabilizer

A finely graded aggregate used as a strong sub-base. Stabilizer compacts tightly to prevent movement and rutting under heavy loads—critical for any long-lasting road or pad.

Performance & properties: dense compaction, reduces shifting, extends pavement life.

  • Sub-base for asphalt or concrete
  • Road and driveway stabilization
  • Heavy-use parking areas
  • Construction pads for buildings

Topsoil

Topsoil

Nutrient-rich screened soil, free of large debris, and ideal for planting. Screened topsoil contains organic matter that supports healthy lawns, gardens, and plantings.

  • Construction site entrances
  • Erosion and sediment control
  • Reducing mud on vehicles
  • Jobsite access stabilization

Unscreened Sand
