Yes. Same-day delivery is available in many areas when orders are placed before our daily cutoff time. Availability depends on your location, product availability, and delivery schedule.

How do I place an order?
Simply:

Delivery
How is delivery pricing calculated?
Delivery pricing is based primarily on the distance between the supplier and your delivery location. This ensures you receive accurate pricing before placing your order.
Will the driver spread the material?
Unless specifically purchased as an additional service, deliveries are dump-only. The driver will unload the material in one safe location.
Can I choose where the material is dumped?
Yes. Please leave clear delivery instructions during checkout or be present when the driver arrives. The driver will make every reasonable effort to dump the material where requested, provided it is safe to do so.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If you provide detailed delivery instructions, the driver can complete the delivery without anyone present.
What if the driver cannot safely dump the load?
Safety always comes first. If the requested location is unsafe or inaccessible, the driver may refuse the delivery or unload in the nearest safe location.

How much material do I need?
Each product page includes a material calculator that helps estimate the amount needed based on your project dimensions.
What is a cubic yard?
A cubic yard is a volume measurement equal to 3 feet × 3 feet × 3 feet (27 cubic feet). It's commonly used for soil, sand, mulch, and other bulk materials.
What does "cubic yards per load" mean?
This indicates how many cubic yards are delivered in one truckload.
What is a ton?
A ton equals 2,000 pounds. Many stone and aggregate products are sold by the ton because they are measured by weight rather than volume.
Can product colors vary?
Yes. Natural materials may vary in color, texture, size, and moisture depending on the quarry, supplier, and season.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery may be available in select areas.
When will my card be charged?
Payment is typically authorized during checkout and processed according to our order and delivery policies.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order has not already been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once a truck has been dispatched, cancellation or restocking fees may apply.

Are your materials screened?

Can I return unused material?
Because bulk materials are delivered loose, returns generally are not accepted. Please verify your quantity before ordering.
Can heavy trucks damage my driveway?
Large dump trucks are heavy, especially when fully loaded. While drivers use care during delivery, customers assume responsibility for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other property resulting from access requested by the customer.

Do you deliver to commercial projects?
Yes. We regularly deliver to contractors, landscapers, municipalities, HOAs, and commercial construction sites.
Can I order multiple truckloads?
Absolutely. We can coordinate multiple loads and scheduled deliveries for larger projects.
Do you provide bulk pricing?
